How we do it
Our reverse engineering process begins with capturing the existing part’s geometry through high-resolution 3D scanning. This technique provides a highly accurate digital replica of the part, essential for complex shapes and intricate details. For simpler parts, manual measurement with calipers may be sufficient, offering a more budget-friendly option. Once we have the geometric data, our team uses Zeiss Reverse Engineering software to convert this information into a detailed CAD model.
Final Model
Using a combination of Scan and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) Data, we create a working CAD model that serves as the foundation for further development. This model is fully editable, allowing for modifications to improve functionality, performance, or to address any specific needs of your project.
